OVERVIEW

Axi Recruitment are currently for time served electricians with experience in installation and maintenance of electrical equipment in the industrial and water utilities sectors.

QUALIFICATIONS

• BS 7671 – 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Electrical Inspection & Testing (City & Guilds 2391-52 or equivalent)
• Recognised apprenticeship or equivalent training (City & Guilds Part 1 & 2, AM2, ONC, NVQ3)
• CompEx Ex 01-04 or Ex 09-10 certification (not essential but highly valued)

EXPERIENCE

• Installation and maintenance of electrical equipment in industrial and water utilities sectors
• Hands-on experience with initial verification, periodic inspection, and electrical condition reporting (EICRs).
• Competency in identifying and rectifying faults, installing new components, and updating systems to current standards.
• Knowledge of corrective actions in line with test results and regulatory compliance.
