Description Residential Service Electrician Advanced Air – White Mountain / Show Low, AZ Advanced Air is growing in the White Mountain / Show Low area, and we are looking for a skilled Electrician who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and wants to be part of a team that does things the right way. This role includes residential service, electrical installations, commercial projects, and generator work. If you’re confident in your electrical ability, comfortable working directly with homeowners and business owners, and motivated by performance-based pay, we want to talk to you. What You’ll Be Doing as a Residential Service Electrician • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems • Install electrical projects, including panel upgrades, full and partial rewires, device replacements, lighting upgrades, and other residential electrical improvements • Perform generator diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, and full generator installations in accordance with manufacturer and company standards • Perform commercial electrical service and installation work as assigned • Inspect electrical systems and identify safety concerns or code violations • Present repair and upgrade options clearly and professionally to homeowners • Complete work in compliance with local and national electrical codes • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with dispatch and leadership • Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and organized Requirements What We’re Looking For in our Residential Service Electrician • Experience as a Residential Service Electrician • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills • Experience with panel changes, service upgrades, and whole-home electrical improvements • Generator experience preferred (install and service) • Ability to work independently and manage your calls effectively • Strong communication skills and professionalism in customers’ homes • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Compensation & Benefits Performance-based pay structure • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance • 401(k) • Paid time off and holidays • Consistent work with a reputable, growing company At Advanced Air, we believe in taking care of our customers and our team. Responsibilities
