What You'll Actually Do: Install, troubleshoot, and upgrade electrical systems that keep businesses humming– from 120V to 480V industrial panels to smart lighting. Measure, cut, thread, bend and install conduit, pull wire, terminate panels, switchboards, disconnects, and rough in walls and ceilings. Work on challenging projects: manufacturing plants, data centers, medical offices, food manufacturing, warehouse and new construction. Operate machinery such as forklifts, aerial lifts, boom lifts, excavators, and skid steers. Collaborate with a tight-knit crew that actually communicates. Who We're Looking For (Sound Like You?): 5+ years of hands-on experience in commercial and/or industrial work. Solid knowledge of the NEC – and you know how to read plans, adept at spotting issues, and solving problems fast. Comfortable working at heights and in hot and cold environments (you bring the grit).
