ELECTRICIAN- SYDNEY

CBC has an exciting opportunity for a qualified Electrician to join our Sydney Metropolitan Services team. This role will be based at either our Head Office in Port Kembla or our Norwest Branch, depending on the successful candidate’s location.
This technical leadership role is ideal for someone looking to advance their career with a reputable, national services and facilities maintenance business.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years electrical trade experience
  • Current National Police Check clearance (or willing to obtain one)
  • Hold an NSW Electrical Contractor licence
  • WHS/OHS Induction Card
  • Current Driver’s Licence
  • Flu Vaccinations (completed annually)
  • COVID-19 Vaccinated (up to date)

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Working at Heights
  • First Aid
  • Working with Children Check
  • Current Low Voltage Rescue
    CBC operate in several high risk and vulnerable settings, such as Aged Care and Health.
    Being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 is a prerequisite for this role.

Responsibilities

As part of our supportive team, you will report to the Electrical Services Manager and be responsible for:

  • Managing your own workflow to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Attending service calls and performing minor installation jobs
  • Ensuring compliance with WHSEQ requirements, policies, and procedures
  • Collaborating with clients across multiple sites, with willingness to travel when required
  • Supporting a diverse client portfolio, including commercial, non-profit, health, and mining sectors
