Description

We are currently seeking skilled Commercial Electricians in the Greater Charleston, SC to join our team for an upcoming electrical construction project. This is a temporary full-time position for a project expected to last approximately 3 months. Pay: $26.00 – $37.00 per hour, based on experience and applicable state electrical licensing. Responsibilities: * Apply advanced knowledge of electrical theory and NEC code * Perform NEC calculations * Execute all types of conduit bends using various bender types * Install raceways, boxes, cables, panels, breakers, and transformers * Assist with wire pulling and switchboard installation * Install light fixtures, devices, and cover plates * Connect branch circuits including terminations and equipment * Perform basic testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems * Read and interpret blueprints and schematics * Maintain basic knowledge of control systems and components * Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements: * High school diploma or GED * 4,000+ hours of electrician experience * Current state Electrical Apprentice license (per state requirements) * OSHA 10 certification * Ability to pass a criminal background check Job Type: * Temporary * Temporary - Full Time

Responsibilities

The electrician will execute electrical construction tasks including installing panels, breakers, and transformers while applying NEC code calculations. Responsibilities also include reading blueprints and performing system testing and troubleshooting.
