JOB SUMMARY

Subcontractor / Self Employed - price work - realistic & achievable earnings of £200-£300 per day.
EICR: To carry out an EICR with C1 and C2 remedial works at the time of the test. Where an isolator is not in place, produce an unsatisfactory certificate.
Detection: All detectors must be replaced if they are missing, damaged or expiring within the next 12 months. There must be a smoke detector in halls and landings, a heat detector in the kitchen with a stand-alone battery co detector in rooms where gas appliances are present.
