Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Electrician is an important hands-on role that provides a range of electrical and electronic repair and maintenance services on GV Health buildings and equipment. The successful candidate will work among a multi-skilled tradesperson team within the Infrastructure division. Our main campus in particular has experienced significant growth in recent years that makes this an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified electrician seeking varied and diverse work.
The position offers many benefits for a work-life balance with 5 weeks paid annual leave per year (as outlined above) and hours of work from 07:30-16:00.
The on-call component is shared via a rotating roster and full training is provided prior to commencement of the on-call.
This position requires an Energy Safe Victoria Electrician’s Licence- A Class. Please refer to the position description for a full list of the job requirements.
