Description:
George Walsh and Co Electrical Ltd, is looking for a skilled electrician to join our team. Due to recent retirement we have an opening for a passionate electrician to join our team. We cover a wide range of electrical aspects from EICR testing to automated gate’s and much much more. With such a wide variety of works covered we require an electrician with a vast knowledge in all aspects of the electrical world, a keen eye for detail and a dedication to always strive to be the best.

NECESSARY SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• A City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
• A City & Guilds and 17th / 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations
• A City & Guilds 2394 / 2392 / 2391 or equivalent testing and inspection qualification
• A full UK driving license held for at least 1 year
• Be able to demonstrate a high level of customer care
• Access to your own tools
• JIB gold card

Experience:

• Electrical: 5 years (required

• Ability to work on your own
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Carry out EICR testing on various sites
• Repair / Maintenance / Install of automated gate systems
• Repair / Maintenance / Install in industrial settings
• PPM of various machines and equipment
• PAT testing
• Able to work at height
