SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Electrician with a minimum of 4 years experience to join our team immediately. This role will require a person who can complete all types of residential installations meeting code compliance. The perfect candidate will be able to work alone when needed and with others on larger installation that require more help. This position is NOT an entry level position, it is for a seasoned installer who has time under their belt. There is plenty of room for growth so after time this position is subject to advancement to service technician & management.

• Installation of- complete service upgrades, rewire homes, install devices & fixtures, complete generator systems, wire pools & hot tubs, EV chargers, attic fans, bath fans, low voltage wiring, appliance wiring, recessed lighting, and similar tasks.
• Must be able to take instruction from lead technicians and perform the required tasks with minimal assistance
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and make necessary repairs
• Collaborate with team members on construction projects to ensure timely completion.
• Must be able to pull the required materials for the tasks at hand
• Must be able to maintain a clean, stocked, and organized work van
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on-site.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience as an Electrician in a residential setting
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, from the incoming service to the branch circuits
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade.
• Knowledge of NEC codes and regulations as well as the UCC pertaining to residential old work
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• The ability to think on the fly and develop solutions for complications as they arise
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
