OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyperson Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both commercial and industrial electrical work, demonstrating proficiency in various electrical systems and tools. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical codes, safety practices, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics. The Journeyperson Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in a variety of settings, ensuring compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC).

SKILLS

• Proven experience as an industrial electrician or commercial electrician.
• Strong knowledge of low voltage and high voltage systems.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment such as ohmmeters.
• Familiarity with construction site practices and safety protocols.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation accurately.
• Experience in frame carpentry or maintenance person tasks is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
