POSITION SUMMARY

  • Carry out preventive maintenance as per task list
  • Carry out corrective maintenance as per given instruction.
  • Observe and follow all safety rules and requirement at work.
  • Conduct repairs aiming for maximum reliability.

2 years of relevant practical experience to electrical work which an electrician is authorize to perform (NTC-3 holder.

  • 3 years of electrical experience in heavy industry, preferably Shipbuilding industry.
  • Working knowledge of electrical theory and the associated principle ,materials and equipment’s

Responsibilities
  • Carry out inspections of the infrastructure& facilities equipment’s to identify and resolve issues
  • carryout corrective maintenance to ensure equipment recovered with in time shortest and good quality workmanship
  • Conduct repairs aiming for maximum reliability
  • Conduct routine, preventive maintenance work
  • Maintain accurate, update records of preventive maintenance
  • Troubleshoot reported problems and resolve them in a timely manner
  • Perform through maintenance on machinery, equipment and systems
  • Maintain equipment and tools in good condition
  • Operate tools, equipment’s and machinery according to prescribed safety procedure
  • Inspect, test and diagnose issue with electrical systems and components.
  • Test electrical systems and components to ensure proper functioning
