What we’re looking for:

• Red Seal + BC Registered Electrician (FSR is a bonus but not required)
• Clean Class 5 license
• Solid experience running jobs solo and mentoring apprentices
• Comfortable with both resi construction and maintenance work
• Takes pride in their work and doesn’t cut corners
• Straight-up honest, dependable, and easy to work with—for the crew and the client

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Victoria, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)

Experience:

• Journeyperson: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Electrical Trade Certificate or Red Seal (required)
