RIGHT Group are a leading Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Company with a significant track record in the Water/Waste Water Sector.
We currently have a requirement for Trade qualified Industrial Electrician for works in the North-West region, preferably based in the Tuam area as a base if possible.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a progressive and fast-growing Engineering Company with a reputation for promoting from within.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Trade Qualified in Electrical or E&I
  • Qualified QC an advantage
  • 5+ years’ experience within the industry
  • Mechanical experience a distinct advantage
  • Experience in Water/Waste Water a distinct advantage
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Safe Pass
  • Manual Handling Certificate
  • A team player with excellent problem- solving skills
  • Flexible to the needs of the business

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

The selected Candidate work under the direction of a Site Manager or Project Manager, will be a natural problem solver and decision maker capable of managing their own activities, day to day.
Candidates should have a full understanding of various forms of M&E installation methodology. You may be required to carry out inspection reports and testing on various installations and equipment.
Day to day you will be an essential part of the on-site team of technicians responsible for M&E installation, repair, refit and alterations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for delivery and commissioning of small to medium sized Electrical installations
  • Installation and set up of different types of instrumentation and Controls equipment
  • Installation of Pumps and associated VSD and controls
  • To be able to read and understand working drawings and Schematics
  • Ability to work on your own initiative is essential
  • To have up to date knowledge of relevant regulations and H&S guidelines
