This company are a fast-growing, well-established provider of renewable energy and solar solutions across East Anglia. With ambitious expansion plans, they are seeking a strong, technically-minded leader to take charge of their Electrical team and deliver high-quality projects across the region.
This is a challenging and varied role where you will be responsible for leading the Electrical team, managing installations, conducting surveys, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest technical and safety standards. You will also coordinate with project managers, clients, and other departments to ensure smooth operations across sites in and around East Anglia.
This role is ideal for an Electrician ready to move off the tools into a senior, hands-on leadership position within renewables, offering autonomy, responsibility, and the chance to shape a team while working on cutting-edge projects.

The Role:

• Lead and manage the Electrical team on renewable installation projects
• Take ownership of project delivery and technical excellence
• Conduct site surveys and oversee installations and designs
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and internal teams to drive project success
• Mentor and develop junior team members while maintaining high standards
• Carry out site visits across East Anglia

The Person:

• Electrician looking to move off the tools into leadership
• Experience in Renewable Energy / Solar projects
• 18th Edition / 2391 Qualified
