REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of electrical experience (preferred, but willing to train the right candidate)
• Valid Electrician License or Certification (if required by state/local regulations)
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, circuit breakers, outlets, and lighting
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical codes
• Ensure compliance with all local and national electrical codes and safety regulations
• Work independently or with a team to complete jobs on schedule
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Complete necessary paperwork and service reports
