YOUR NEW ROLE

We are looking for an experienced electrical engineer. You will undertake maintenance, repair and minor project works associated with critical, essential and non-essential reactive requests working on site our extensive client base

YOUR NEW DUTIES

• Respond to reactive repairs and breakdowns within set SLA’s and KPI’s
• Strive to First Time Fix on all reactive jobs
• Work collaboratively with the RNW team
• Report further works required using RNW bespoke system App
• Provide technical support to office staff and clients when required
• To be responsible for the recording of parts used and diagnostics of each breakdown
• Through continuous improvement, you will drive the move from a “repair culture” to an “improvement culture”, enhancing equipment performance and reliability by developing technical skills and knowledge.
• Comply with statutory Health and Safety obligations at all times
• Skills and Experience
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in reactive and small project maintenance
• Full UK driving license
• Good communication and customer service skills
• IT Literate including iPhone/iPad and Android devices
• Good time and diary planning skills
• Ability to report clear concise information to the operations department
