JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction on every job through communication and hard work. Maintaining the consistency of the group by working harmoniously with coworkers and providing the same level of production from job to job. Creating an open work environment that encourages cooperation and teamwork while avoiding divisive behaviors.

  *Average base salary depends on experience; does not include overtime or bonuses.
