You’ll be joining a high-performing and supportive team committed to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. This role supports the broader goals of rehabilitation and reintegration in one of Australia’s most advanced correctional centres. As a qualified Electrician, you’ll make a positive impact by: Undertaking planned and unplanned maintenance and repair work Supporting asset management, audits, tagging, and performance monitoring Completing safety inspections and checks on plant and equipment Troubleshooting and reporting on electrical faults and issues Assisting with minor project works and technology upgrades Promoting a 'safety first' approach in every task Serco is a place for you To be successful in this role you’ll have: Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician and current electrical licence Post-trade experience in a maintenance or facilities environment A strong safety mindset and experience with HSE procedures Familiarity with CMMS and Microsoft Office tools (preferred) BMS or HVAC system knowledge (desirable) A current driver’s licence, White Card In joining us, you’ll be part of a highly supportive culture with trusted leaders that will help you achieve your goals.
