Qualifications 3 years of service experience in electrical engineering or other related fields. Must be customer oriented with a focus on customer service and client retention. Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals preferred. Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. Flat rate pricing experience preferred. Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and have a clean driving record. High school diploma or GED equivalence. ServiceTitan experience a plus. Physical Requirements: Bend at the knees and hips repetitively Lift up to 100 lbs. Climb a ladder. Work in a crawlspace Environment and Scheduling: Hours vary, must be on-site by 8 AM M-F. Must be available to an after-hours rotating schedule. Saturdays once every three weeks.
