Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re seeking a full-time, experienced Electrician to join our dynamic team. This is a client-facing role suited for someone who is confident, proactive, and capable of delivering high-standard work in fast-paced environments.
You’ll be responsible for a mix of electrical tasks across London, including EICR testing and inspections, remedial works, and reactive maintenance — mainly for high-end residential properties and social housing contracts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Carrying out EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Reports) and inspections
  • Performing EICR remedial works and reactive maintenance
  • Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults efficiently
  • Ensuring all work meets current safety standards and regulations
  • Collaborating with the team on larger projects when required
  • Delivering outstanding service to property management clients
