ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• ECS Gold Card or Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installations.
• Proven experience working within social housing or domestic electrical environments.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety requirements.
• Full UK Driving Licence (required).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations in both occupied and void social housing properties.
• Respond to scheduled works promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.
• Diagnose faults and provide effective solutions in line with safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used and any follow-up required.
• Communicate professionally with tenants, housing officers and team members.
