Pay: $52 - $61/ Hourly Location: Manfield HQ Office Schedule: M-F What will you be doing on a daily basis? Some customer interaction Install wiring per company and NEC code requirements Have an understanding of PV systems Troubleshooting Some travel Adopt company culture **Please note this position operates within a specialized segment of the construction industry subject to seasonal and industry variability. Operational needs and work availability may change during Q1 2026** Requirements What is needed to be successful? Valid & Current Electrical License Minimum 1 years experience working as an electrician, preferably in the solar industry Must be able to read and execute electrical plans, 1-lines, etc. Experience working on rooftops Demonstrate a can-do attitude in all tasks Ability to work effectively in a team setting and complete tasks as assigned by team leader (foreman) Have access to reliable transportation Good work ethic Able to lift 50+ lbs OSHA certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

The electrician will interact with customers and install wiring according to company and NEC code requirements. They will also troubleshoot issues and may need to travel as part of their duties.
