Annual clothing allowance Health Savings Account (HSA) Key Responsibilities: As our Industrial Electrician, you'll be the expert who keeps our plant running at peak performance. Your day-to-day will involve: Install, alter, maintain and repair electrical wiring systems, including 120/240-volt, 277/480- volt, and 4160-volt wye and delta. Perform a variety of other maintenance tasks on equipment including motors up to 1250 HP, coils, transformers, power panels and motor control centers and control equipment. Run rigid conduits and pull wires. Performing preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems. Troubleshooting complex issues with industrial equipment, including motor controls, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Working with PLCs to diagnose problems and ensure systems operate correctly. Conducting routine safety checks and maintaining accurate service records. Collaborating with a supportive production team to ensure a safe and productive work environment. What We're Looking For: You're a great fit for this role if you have: A Minnesota Class A Journeyman Electrician license 3+ years of experience with electrical maintenance and PLC troubleshooting in an industrial setting. Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, including motor controls, pneumatics, and hydraulics. The ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and be a positive team player. Experience with Allen Bradley PLC (PLC 5, SLC 500, ControlLogix, CompactLogix, and other Plc brands). Experience with HMI (Allen Bradley panel view, SCADA, C-More, Wonderware, Pro-face, Schneider, and others). Experience with Kuka Robotics or other robotics is a plus. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift/move up to 35 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally (team lift). Comfort with working in industrial environments with heavy machinery. Must have the ability to understand and follow written and oral work instructions, operations, safety procedures, and hazardous labels. Responsibilities
