PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to lift/move up to 35 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally (team lift).

    Must have the ability to understand and follow written and oral work instructions, operations, safety procedures, and hazardous labels.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As our Industrial Electrician, you’ll be the expert who keeps our plant running at peak performance. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Performing preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Troubleshooting complex issues with industrial equipment, including motor controls, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  • Working with PLCs to diagnose problems and ensure systems operate correctly.
  • Conducting routine safety checks and maintaining accurate service records.
  • Collaborating with a supportive production team to ensure a safe and productive work environment.

You’re a great fit for this role if you have:

  • A Minnesota electrical maintenance license, or the ability to obtain one within 120 days of hire.
  • 3+ years of experience with electrical maintenance and PLC troubleshooting in an industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, including motor controls, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
  • The ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and be a positive team player.
  • Experience with Allen Bradley PLC (PLC 5, Slick 500, or ControlLogix) is a plus.
  • A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety
