Quinn Downes Service & Maintenance is currently seeking a qualified Electrician to join our team in a stationary maintenance role based in Dublin city centre.
This is a full-time, site-based position focused on electrical maintenance and breakdown response. You’ll be in a standalone role ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all electrical infrastructure within a key city-centre facility.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fully qualified Electrician (certified in Ireland or equivalent).
• Experience in building services or facilities maintenance preferred.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

• Carry out preventive, condition based, and corrective maintenance on all electrical and mechanical plant.
• Diagnose and repair any faults and breakdowns.
• Work with MV/LV systems and associated infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate service records and logs.
• Carry out early morning plant checks on the BMS.
• Liaise with and assist all services contractors as necessary.
• Support and liaise with equipment suppliers on new equipment installations and modifications.
• Liaise with ESB as needed, take monthly meter readings and address all meter reading queries as they come in.
