Job Title: Electrician – Substation Project (Coventry)
Location: Coventry
Pay: Competitive rates – CIS / LTD / PAYE options available
Contract Type: Temporary / Ongoing project

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Person Course (substation permit) – essential
• Test & Inspect (2391 or equivalent)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)
• ECS Gold Card / JIB Approved Electrician
• Proven experience working on substations / HV environments
• Strong understanding of RAMS, HSE compliance, and safe systems of work
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings & schematics

DESIRABLE SKILLS (AN ADVANTAGE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL):

• Permit to Work / Switching knowledge
• First Aid / CPR certificate
• MEWP / IPAF licence
• Confined Spaces training
