Key skills required in this role include: • Delivering electrical maintenance, repairs, and alterations including execution of new work. • Ensuring all repairs and maintenance are completed in timely and cost-effective manner to support operational excellence. • Comprehensive understanding of the Building Act, Electrical standards, regulations, and Health and Safety requirements. • Current First Aid Certificate, or the willingness to obtain one. • Strong Health and Safety focus and full driver’s license. • Good computer literacy including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. In addition, you will be required to hold a current NZ Electrician Registration and current practicing licence. BMS, PLC and HVAC Controls experience is an advantage. Further details/Pūroko This is a permanent, full-time Monday to Friday (40 hours week) position, located in Ōtepoti, Dunedin. The appointment range for this position is $74,059 to $90,581per annum.
