This position is part of the Plant Engineering team that supports BAE Systems’ Microelectronics Center in South Nashua: The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience with maintenance of low, medium and high voltage power distribution Knowledge and experience with uninterruptible power supplies, automatic transfer switches and emergency/standby power generation systems Knowledge and experience with the installation and/or maintenance of fire alarm and gas detection systems Installation of low-voltage electrical panels and circuitry Troubleshooting of electrical circuits, control panels and VFDs Collaborate with stakeholders – Ability to work with customers and stakeholders to provide quality services Internal team collaboration – Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment to achieve goals and objectives 9/80 schedule providing flexibility for work/life balance Expectations: Participation on the site’s off-hours on-call rotation Participation on the site’s offensive Chemical Emergency Response Team (CERT) Participation on the site’s snow removal team Building automation specialist backup role Required Education, Experience, & Skills High School Diploma or GED New Hampshire Master’s Electrician license with at least 5 years in the trade Basic computer skills to maintain site reports, spreadsheets, preventive maintenance logs and operate within a computerized maintenance management system Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Experience with maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical distribution systems Experience with maintenance and troubleshooting of uninterruptible power supplies, generators and automatic transfer switches Experience with maintenance and troubleshooting of fire alarm systems and fixed gas detection systems Knowledge or experience with building automation systems Knowledge of HVAC, boilers, chillers and other building infrastructure systems Knowledge of relevant building codes and standards. Ability to get a secret clearance. Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $74508 - $119213 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
