JOB OVERVIEW The Electrician/Video Technician will provide technical support for both lighting and projection systems. This position focuses on the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of video hardware alongside general electrics duties. REQUIREMENTS Install and maintain projectors, media servers, video monitors, and cameras across all venues. Assist with the hang, focus, and strike of lighting and projection instruments. Assist in programming lighting computers, projections, and consoles as needed Perform regular maintenance on conventional and intelligent lighting fixtures and video components. Assist in building specialty items, including LED tape projects and custom practicals. Help maintain a clean shop and organized inventory for both lighting and video assets. Other duties as assigned by Production Management QUALIFICATIONS Experience with HD video systems, projectors, and signal routing. Working knowledge of theatrical lighting fixtures and DMX control. Basic soldering and electrical wiring skills. Must be comfortable working with students and volunteers.
