WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO RAVEN:

For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

• City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent.
• Appropriate experience in the electrical construction industry.
• Ability to use modern communication technology and IT.
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience of working as a trades operative in a strongly customer focused environment

WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE IN THE ROLE:

The overall purpose of this role is to carry out repairs or improvement works and undertake any new building works required, both to Raven properties and to other customers, including commercial work.

Key responsibilities include:

• Carry out a range of electrical works in occupied and empty properties up to current legislative standards, to prevailing performance standards and in accordance with the Trust’s procedures.
• Carry out inspections of occupied and empty properties to determine the extent of the repair, maintenance or installation required. Having identified the works required, carry out the most cost effective and expedient works.
• To Carry out Electrical Inspections, CCU Changes, and other Remedial Work as required.
• Carry out administrative work, using the handheld IT device to accurately record whilst on-site all processes from receiving jobs through to completion.
