About the Role As an Electrician at Perisher, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the safe and reliable operation of our lifting systems, including chairlifts, surface lifts, and conveyors. In this year-round, full-time role, you’ll apply your technical expertise to perform preventative maintenance, diagnose faults, and ensure our electrical infrastructure operates at the highest standard. From responding to breakdowns and troubleshooting issues to working closely with teams across the mountain, you’ll help deliver a safe, efficient, and dependable experience for our guests and staff. With evolving technologies across our network, you’ll also embrace continuous learning to keep our systems operating smoothly season after season. What We’re Looking For A Certificate III in Electrotechnology A current driver's licence Experience and confidence working at heights is advantageous Experience with complex control and automation systems, pump operations and controls (three and single phase), and Fibre Optics Skilled, safety-focused electrician with strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, physical capability, and a proactive approach Reliable, adaptable team member with clear communication, strong time management, and the ability to work under pressure or independently.
