JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking experienced Electricians (3rd Year to Journeyman) to work on a commercial project in Portage la Prairie. The job consists of cable tray work and EMT conduit installations, ensuring high-quality electrical systems that meet project specifications and safety standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3rd Year Apprentice to Journeyman Electrician certification (Red Seal preferred for Journeymen).
• 2+ years of experience in commercial electrical work, with skills in cable tray and EMT conduit.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Safety tickets (e.g., CSTS, WHMIS, FallPro) are an asset.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Install and maintain cable trays for electrical cable management.
• Perform EMT conduit installations, including bending, cutting, and securing.
• Read and interpret blueprints to execute accurate electrical layouts.
• Collaborate with other trades to meet project timelines.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work site.
