Position Summary: We are seeking experienced Electricians across multiple levels – Class 1, Class 2, Specialists, and Lead Electricians – to join our growing team. These roles will involve installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment within fast-paced industrial environments. Ideal candidates will be safety-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and in team settings. Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, controls, and equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on electrical issues. Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including builders, pipefitters, and maintenance staff. Lead Electricians: provide direction, mentorship, and oversight to junior team members. Qualifications: Class 1 Electricians – Licensed, capable of performing complex industrial installations and troubleshooting with minimal supervision. Class 2 Electricians – Licensed or journeyman-level, experienced with routine electrical work, wiring, and equipment installation. Specialist Electricians – Expertise in robotics, controls, automation systems, or other advanced technologies. Lead Electricians – Proven leadership experience, ability to manage teams and oversee large-scale projects. Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety practices. Industrial or automotive experience preferred. Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
