JOB SUMMARY

Installation labour required on a large fire alarm, gas extinguishing & PAVA system upgrade at a live data centre near Canary Wharf. Applications from electricians/electrical improvers/fire & security installers welcome. You will be working under the direction supervision of the on site project & commissioning team. This is an opportunity for any electricians or electrical improvers to learn fire & life safety systems. Long term work available for the right candidates.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous electrical or fire & security installation experience essential
• Previous metal containment experience desirable
• Previous experience with Apollo XP95 protocol desirable
• Previous pre commissioning experience desirable
• Own hand and power tools required
• PPE required - Safety boots & high vis jacket

• Installation of cable tray
• Assisting commissioning team with pre commissioning, testing & fault finding works
• Control panel installations
• Replacing fire alarm devices & PAVA speakers
• Stripping out old redundant equipment
