Tracking system capacities and future loading to ensure upgrades are completed on time Review and approval of project design drawings and 3D models Review and approval of field installations during construction Review and acceptance of commissioned systems Review and approval of equipment and component submittals and RFI's Provides engineering for semiconductor manufacturing site facilities changes for plant, office, and production equipment layouts, including semiconductor tool installations and R&D applications, working toward economy of operation, maximum use of facilities and equipment, and compliance with laws and regulations. Prepares bid sheets and contracts for construction and facilities acquisition. Completes engineering for requested changes to develop estimates for design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation and other related costs for semiconductor manufacturing sites, including R&D applications. Inspects construction and installation progress for conformance to established drawings, specifications, and schedules. Develops criteria and performance specifications required to meet unique operating requirements and building and safety codes. Please note that this role may transition into the TC-Tongluo Facilities Operations team after hiring, or may continue to support construction activities depending on business needs.
