Description
Develop Electrified Powertrain Control System work products that coordinate actions and functions between modules and subsystems to meet vehicle level and Feature attributes such as: Design Validation Method (DVM) - Test Specification Design Validation Plan and Report (DVP&R) - Test Report Perform System level testing in vehicle, on breadboard or using Software/Hardware in the Loop Analyze vehicle CAN communication data and ECU diagnostics Support Functional Safety tasks where necessary Support/Drive control system quality/field issue root cause investigation and issue resolution Perform system simulation modeling Bachelors of Engineering in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mechanical Engineering or related field or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. 3+ years' experience in control system design or calibration 3+ years' experience with vehicle systems and/or vehicle level attributes 3+ years' of experience in powertrain systems, components and electrified vehicles Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Troubleshooting experience with mechanical, electromechanical and software systems Ability to manage/resolve urgent launch/Quality concerns Strong leadership skills, passion for quality, passion to improve customer satisfaction Very effective ability to explain technical details and gain alignment and consensus on solutions. Understanding of programing languages and tools (C , Matlab, Simulink etc) Experience with data recording tools (ATI, CANalyzer)
