Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Assembler A Job Location: San Leandro, CA (This position is 100% onsite) Business Unit: Randtron 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked – and have every other Friday off. Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment. Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms and documents. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units. Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications. Overall Summary Entry-level support individual contributor. Work is closely supervised. Work consists of tasks that are routine. Explains facts and practices related to job area. Nature of Supervision Works with close supervision on routine tasks. Detailed instructions are provided and close peer review is required. Communication & Influence Communicates with contacts typically within the team on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring explanation or interpretation to understand and reach agreement. Innovation & Complexity Work consists of tasks that are routine. Work is structured within identified boundaries and procedures. Follows established processes to complete tasks. Escalates issues to supervisor for resolution. Organization Impact Works to achieve operational targets within job area which has minimal impact on the overall achievement of results for the team. Work is of limited scope, typically on smaller, routine task-related activities. Education & Experience Requires minimal job knowledge/skills. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience. In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, the salary range for this role is $36,920-$60,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
