Description Electro-Mechanical Assembler Job Duties: Assembly of small electro-mechanical and chassis assemblies. Assembly of harness and cable assemblies. Perform PTH (Plated Through Hole) and SMT (Surface Mount) PCB assembly and soldering in compliance with IPC-610 standards. 5S Practices: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following 5S practices (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain), ensuring efficiency and safety. Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Control: Adhere to all ESD safety measures, including using appropriate ESD-safe equipment and following company protocols to prevent damage to sensitive electronic components. All other duties as assigned. Essential Physical Functions: Extensive use of hand tools (Screwdrivers, Pliers, Wire Cutters and Strippers). Will be required to stand, walk, lift, pull, reach overhead, bend to the floor & twisting May be required to lift up to 50lbs Required skills and/or education: Strong mechanical aptitude. Experience using hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, pliers, wire cutters, and strippers) to assemble parts and cables. Attention to detail is essential to ensure high-quality, precise assemblies. Proficient in reading and interpreting assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions. Ability to speak, read and follow work instructions in English. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
