Responsibilities

YOUR FUTURE ROLE

A career-defining role, the Lead Electro-Mechanical Engineer is in charge to lead a functional team in defining projects general guidelines and architecture ensuring development and successful on time and quality design implementation.
All deliverables must meet the general standards in force or specifically requested by our internal and external customers.
While interacting daily with co-workers, external suppliers and management, all activities will be performed in accordance with strict Health & Safety procedures as prescribed by legislation and the ALSTOM Health & Safety policies.

We value passion and attitude as much as experience. Here what we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree or equivalent combined with significant experience in project management
  • Exposure to manufacturing production environment
  • Mechanical / Electro-mechanical design using Catia V5 or equivalent
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with equally strong computer skills
  • Strong team leadership with excellent communication skills in French
  • ERP knowledge (SAP preferred
