Position: Full-Time Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician Training: Initial training on 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) then shift moves to 9:00AM - 5:00PM Your Role: As an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our manufacturing equipment and facilities. Your responsibilities will include: Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and fix electrical and mechanical issues with equipment and facilities. Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment. Installation & Relocation: Install and relocate presses and other machinery as needed. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and manage computer programs for audits and documentation. Collaboration: Work closely with team members to address equipment concerns and provide technical guidance. Facility Maintenance: Perform minor repairs and offer advice on major facility modifications. What We’re Looking For: Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED required. Maintenance Mechanic Journeyman papers or 5+ years of relevant experience. Strong understanding of electrical systems (AC and DC currents) and mechanical systems. Ability to read wire diagrams and knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Welding experience is a plus. Skills & Qualities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. Proficient in machining and mechanical tasks. Strong problem-solving skills with a positive attitude under pressure.
