We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee our project sites and ensure seamless execution from inception to completion. Our project sites involve construction of infrastructure for heavy electrical, plumbing, and high-tech mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating materials, recruiting and managing contractors & labors, and ensuring that all aspects of the project align with company standards and customer expectations. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 5 years of experience in on-site project coordination, preferably in construction, engineering, or related fields such as heavy electricals and large scale plumbing.
• UAE driving license is mandatory.
• English and Hindi language proficiency is mandatory. Arabic and other language skills are an added advantage.
• Well experienced in material purchases and coordination of contractors
• Ability to handle high-pressure environments and make informed decisions.

• Oversee and coordinate project sites from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring milestones are met within deadlines and budgets.
• Supervise and coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Implement quality control and safety measures to comply with company policies and industry regulations.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, reports, and progress updates.
• Liaise with management, stakeholders, and vendors to provide regular project updates and address concerns.
• Find and arrange all required materials and resources required for the project on daily basis including tools, materials, labors, and contractors
• Ensure adherence to local laws, construction regulations, and health and safety guidelines.
• Foster a positive working environment and lead teams effectively to achieve project goals.
