The Electro-Mechanical Technician Level 3 is responsible for the day-to-day troubleshooting and preventative/predictive maintenance on Storage Retrieval Machines, AGVs, AMR's, Multi-Shuttles, package and pallet Conveyors, High Speed Package elevators and other Ancillary equipment. Acts as a Fault Identification and resolution technician on all equipment that is installed at the Fairburn, Georgia site. Hours are Monday and Tuesday 5pm to 5am and Wednesday 5pm to 11pm, alternating weekends 5pm to 5am. Overtime is required. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $30.00 to $34.50 an hour at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Tasks and Qualifications: What You Will Do In This Role Perform operation, fault recovery/repair and maintenance of Automation Machinery, including Logical trouble shooting, adjusting and replacement of Electrical, Electronics, and Mechanical components. Operate and manipulate HMI/GDU devices and be competent with Computers and programs such as, Excel, Word, G-Suite. Complete preventative maintenance routines, Cleaning, Lubricating and as well as documentation of the completion of the procedures. Use electrical test equipment to troubleshoot electrical circuitry. Create and close work orders into asset management system with appropriate data to include labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used. Troubleshoot semi-complex problems and understand resources needed to resolve them. Locate and track spare parts from inventory. Performs routine maintenance and equipment testing to ensure they meet specifications. Respond to service calls and correct equipment failures and faults. Identify problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to solve them. Develop and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the organizations. What We Are Looking For High School diploma or equivalent required. Typically, an associate degree or vocational technical training is preferred. Specialized skill training/certification preferred. 2-3 years of troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment preferred. Proven experience in area of responsibility and successful demonstration of position and key responsibilities as presented above. Able to lift and move material up to 50 pounds each. Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head. Occasionally push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds. Able to work at heights above 100 feet and climb ladders and gangways safely and without limitation. Working conditions may include small spaces, dust, fumes/odors, hot/cold temperatures, inside/outside noise, vibration, standing on concrete for long hours and wet or uneven surfaces.
