QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: 2-year Associate Degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or related field.
• Experience: 24 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Technical Skills:

• Proficient in PLCs, electrical circuits, hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting

• Familiar with electrical power and water distribution systems
• Able to read blueprints, diagrams, and perform mechanical repairs
• Comfortable using a CMMS for work tracking and parts inventory
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and pass a physical, drug screening, and background check.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As an Electro-Mechanical Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting manufacturing operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial machinery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and troubleshoot minor electrical circuits, PLCs, and electronic control systems.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints for machine installation and electrical setup.
• Perform electrical, mechanical, and basic plumbing repairs.
• Install motors, lighting, transformers, control panels, and conduit.
• Use testing equipment to identify issues and ensure safety and performance.
• Complete work orders and part lookups using CMMS software.
• Collaborate with team leads and occasionally guide junior technicians.
