Title: Electro-Mechanical Technician/Maintenance Technician - Food Manufacturing
Location: Reading, PA - ON-SITE - 1st or 2nd Shift
Salary: $33-$35/hour - Depending on Experience

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electromechanical Technician to maintain and optimize our production equipment, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime. The successful candidate is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining food processing machinery, electrical systems, and mechanical components.

You will troubleshoot and repair basic hydraulics (cylinders, motors, etc.) and pneumatics (air cylinders, electro-pneumatic, etc.). Work on fluid transmission (manual valves, electrical valves, pneumatic valves, check valves, basic piping configuration). Have the ability to troubleshoot and repair PLC’s, sensors, motors, HMI’s and more. Follow all SOP’s and GMP standards, to help our team and thrive in a fast paced, high speed, production facility.
