JOB SUMMARY This role is for an Electro Mechanical Technician focused on maintaining and repairing production, facility, and support equipment in a manufacturing environment. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment * Work on: * Motors * Gearboxes * Hydraulic and pneumatic systems * Air compressors and air conditioners * Hoists and material-handling equipment * PLCs and control circuits * Diagnose and repair AC/DC electrical systems, microprocessor controls, and programmable controllers * Read and interpret electrical schematics * Ensure all equipment complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) * Follow strict safety procedures and maintain clean work areas * Support fabrication/modification of equipment as needed * Be available for overtime and emergency/night/weekend call-ins REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS * Strong troubleshooting ability in electrical and mechanical systems * Knowledge of: * PLC troubleshooting * Logic circuits and control systems * Hydraulic and pneumatic repair * Industrial networking basics (wired/wireless) * Electrical safety devices * Ability to use testing and diagnostic equipment * Comfortable using software like SAP and Microsoft Office * High school diploma or equivalent plus  Maintenance training (or military equivalent with electrical training) PREFERRED EXPERIENCE * 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred BENEFITS The company offers: * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with employer match * Paid time off * Tuition reimbursement * Disability and life insurance * Wellness programs * Supplemental insurance options PLAIN-ENGLISH TAKE This is a hands-on manufacturing maintenance job for someone skilled in industrial electrical and mechanical systems.
