Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly skilled Electro Mechanical Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in electrical circuits, PLC troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical repair. This role is crucial to ensuring our machines and equipment operate safely and efficiently.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate degree in an engineering or technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Electro-Mechanical Technician or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of PLC, electronic circuits, and control systems.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting hydraulic/pneumatic circuits and water/electrical distribution systems.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs, pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Responsibilities
  • Design and test minor electrical circuits used in equipment control.
  • Troubleshoot PLC, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Install and repair electrical/electronic controls using schematics and blueprints.
  • Perform mechanical repairs and basic maintenance duties.
  • Interpret blueprints, sketches, and verbal instructions.
  • Lay out, assemble, install, test, and repair electrical fixtures, wiring, breakers, panels, motors, and lighting systems.
  • Use computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for logging and parts search.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
