We are currently seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our production team. In this role, you’ll report directly to either the Plant Engineer or Maintenance Supervisor and play a key role in ensuring the efficient, safe, and timely operation of our manufacturing processes. This role focuses on proactive maintenance tasks and troubleshooting to uphold high standards in safety, quality, and productivity.

• Follow all plant safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and safe machine operation procedures
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation
• Diagnose and repair motors, relays, contactors, and other electrical components using multimeters
• Operate machine shop tools such as mills, lathes, and bandsaws
• Maintain and troubleshoot chillers, compressors, process pumps, glue pumps, and ink pumps
• Perform preventive, predictive, and routine maintenance on all production and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical control systems and PLC-related issues
• Use CMMS to document maintenance activities and ensure inventory of spare parts is well managed
• Identify root causes of equipment failures (electrical or mechanical) and implement solutions
• Participate in plant-wide performance improvement initiatives including audits and safety programs
