We are looking for an experienced maintenance technician. Electrical, plumbing, and/or welding experience required.

​Qualifications:

• High competence working with tools and equipment
• Experience reading blueprints and schematics
• Experience working with electrical equipment required (480V, 3 phase systems)
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Deadline and detail oriented
• Positive attitude and a desire to be part of a team
• Willingness to work off hours as needed to make repairs to keep the plant operatin

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Provide innovative solutions to improve plant efficiency
• Evaluate and estimate the extent of necessary repairs and the time needed to complete them
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance on the plant
• Maintain materials and supplies inventories
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
• Follow safety protocols
