Early engagement in NPI development processes, Leading Suppliers Engineering perspective and influencing Product-design to achieve Operational criteria, Suppliers optimized Testability and Manufacturability by standard industry tools, like D/FMECA, PQP, SPC, etc. responsibility over Applied Material future growth in terms of Suppliers' capacity Education: Engineering Degree in Electro Optics / Physics / Electronics Experience: 7+ Years of experience under relevant professional positions Experience working with Optics/multi-disciplinary Suppliers through Development/ Engineering transitions and Sustained manufacturing processes. Experience in multidisciplinary R&D and Engineering processes. High Technical capabilities, Demonstrating in-depth comprehensive understanding within own discipline and wide knowledge of others. Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English Ability to work independently as well as within a team and cross organization. Anaclitic skills Travel - 25%
