Job Summary: To operate the Electrolyte Bottling machines within the specified process conditions for the production of bottled electrolyte that conform to specified quality targets 1. Ensures the production of bottled electrolyte that conforms to product quality specification 2. Maintains bottled electrolyte quality with minimum rejected and wasted materials by following all specification and procedure and accomplishing the OPCR. 3. Logs and reports all relevant data concerning downtime and daily productivity as well as the rejection encountered during the shift. 4. Performs all planned preventive maintenance activities in accordance with the SAP PM Maintenance Program. 5. Thoroughly inspect all equipment in accordance with the operational parameters. 6. Conducts inventory count and reports result to immediate superior 7. Conducts housekeeping to maintain machine and working area clean and orderly. 8. Observes and follows applicable company rules and regulations and Standard Operating Procedures. 9. Performs other task that may be assigned to him by his superiors. 10. Ensures that tasks are carried out in accordance to set environmental standards and procedures. Qualifications: 1. Education : Technical or Vocational School graduate 2. Experience : At least 2 years in a manufacturing plant 3. Others: Can operate electrolyte bottling equipment Knowledgeable in process parameters, machine set-up and maintenance activities Familiar with ISO9001 and ISO14001 Standards Familiar with company’s GHK program Can perform basic mathematical operations Can conduct product tests 4.
